In the afternoon of May 21, Sino-Finnish Innovation Forum was held at Meijiang Convention and Exhibition Center, Tianjin. This forum was sponsored by World Intelligence Congress Committee, Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone Management Committee, Junction, and was co-organized by Hebei University of Technology. Vice president Ma Guowei was invited to deliver a keynote speech named Tech Innovation and Higher Education in the Era of Intelligence.
