河北工业大学芬兰校区介绍

河北工业大学是一所以工为主、多学科协调发展的高校，一所坐落于天津市隶属于河北省的国家“211工程”重点建设高校，是由河北省人民政府、天津市人民政府和教育部共建高校，并于2016年入选河北省“国家一流大学建设”一层次高校，2017年入选国家“双一流”建设高校，2022年入选新一轮国家“双一流”建设高校。

河北工业大学芬兰校区（Hebei University of Technology Finland Campus）由河北工业大学和芬兰拉彭兰塔-拉赫蒂工业大学(LUT)大学联合开办，融合河北工业大学“工学并举”和LUT大学“启迪心智”的人才培养理念，培养具有国际化工程专业知识的高素质的国际化人才。LUT大学创办于1969年，是芬兰三大理工大学之一，享有“芬兰现代工业制造工程师摇篮”的美誉，在泰晤士报高等教育影响力排名中位居前200名，2025年QS世界大学排名336位。

校区围绕河北工业大学“双一流”建设，开设机械设计制造及其自动化、电气工程及其自动化、能源与动力工程、计算机科学与技术四个本科专业，面向中国、芬兰以及其他国家招生。中国学生采用“1+3”培养模式，第一学年在天津校区学习，第二至第四学年在芬兰学习，专业课程采用全英文授课。毕业颁发河北工业大学毕业证书、河北工业大学学士学位证书以及LUT大学学士学位证书。2024年80%以上毕业生申读世界排名前100的国际名校研究生。

Introduction of HEBUT Finland Campus

Hebei University of Technology (HEBUT) is an engineering-based, multidisciplinary and coordinated development of universities, a national“211 Project”key construction universities located in Tianjin under the Hebei Province, is jointly built by the People's Government of Hebei Province, Tianjin Municipal People's Government and the Ministry of Education, and was selected as one of the“National First-class University Construction”level universities in Hebei Province in 2016, and was selected as a new round of national“double first-class”construction universities in 2022. In 2016, it was selected as one level of“National First-class University Construction”, in 2017, it was selected as one of the national“double first-class”construction universities, and in 2022, it was selected as one of the new round of national“double first-class”construction universities.

Hebei University of Technology Finland Campus is jointly operated by Hebei University of Technology (HEBUT) and Lappeenranta Lahti University of Technology (LUT), integrating HEBUT's philosophy of “engineering and learning” and LUT's philosophy of “enlightened mind” to cultivate international talents with international engineering expertise. LUT University was founded in 1969, is one of the three major universities of technology in Finland, and enjoys the reputation of “the cradle of modern Finnish industrial manufacturing engineers”. LUT is one of the three leading universities of technology in Finland, known as the “Cradle of Modern Finnish Industrial Manufacturing Engineers”. It is ranked among the top 200 universities in the Times Higher Education Impact Ranking and 336th in the QS World University Rankings 2025.

The campus is centered on the construction of “Double First Class”of Hebei University of Technology, and offers four undergraduate majors of Mechanical Design and Manufacturing and Automation, Electrical Engineering and Automation, Energy and Power Engineering, and Computer Science and Technology, which are open for enrollment in China, Finland and other countries. Chinese students adopt the“1+3”cultivation mode, studying in Tianjin Campus in the first year and in Finland from the second to the fourth year, and the specialized courses are taught in English. Type of Teaching Positions

Full-Time Positions: Teachers will teach in Finland from January to April AND from September to December each year.

Part-Time Positions: Teachers will teach in Finland from January to April OR from September to December each year.

Teachers are required to teach in the cities of Lappeenranta OR Lahti, Finland.

聘用基本条件：

相关专业背景，原则上年龄不超过65周岁；具备良好的职业素养，无违反师德师风行为；具备全英语教学能力；在工作中能较好履行工作职责。

Basic Requirements：

1) Engineering-related professional background and in principle not exceeding 65 years of age;

2) Sound professional ethics;

3) Proficient in English;

4) Enough expertise to fulfill job responsibilities.

岗位职责

（1）承担各类专业基础课教学任务，全职教师需每学年完成5门课程教学任务或400课时工作量，兼职教师（兼职岗A）需每学年完成2门课程教学任务或200课时工作量。

（2）参加教学研究、教学改革、课程建设等工作。

Job Responsibility

(1) Undertaking the teaching tasks of subject courses. Full-time teachers need to teach 5 courses or 400 class hours per academic year, and Part-time position A need to teach 2 courses or 200 class hours per academic year.

(2) Participating in teaching research, teaching reform and curriculum construction.

岗位待遇：

全职岗：年薪40-60万人民币

兼职岗A：每月2250欧元（税前），不足一个月的按照每天75欧元（税前）计算）；教学课时费按《河北工业大学芬兰校区外派教师课时费标准》文件执行；芬兰校区为兼职岗教师支付机票（一年内往返机票不超过2次）、签证、医疗保险以及房租费用。

兼职岗B：课程教学93欧元每课时，习题课教学等49欧元每课时，作业批改等一课一议。

Salary：

Full-time position: 400,000 to 600,000 RMB per year

Part-time position A: 2250 Euros per month (before tax), 75 Euros per day (before tax) for less than one month.

The class fee is in accordance with the “Class Fee Standard for Expatriate Teachers of Hebei University of Technology Finland Campus”. Finland Campus pays flight tickets (no more than 2 round trips per year), visas, medical insurance and house rent for part-time teachers.

Part-time position B: 93 euros per lesson for lecture teaching, 49 euros per lesson for tutorial teaching, etc., and payment for assignment correction will be negotiated for each course, etc.
