After completing the Bachelor’s program in Mechanical Engineering the graduates are able to:

1.familiarize oneself with open-mind to tasks met in world of work and solve theoretical and practical problems and tasks of equipment and machinery requiring practical and creative approach.

2.understand and control the physical operating principles of machinery and the stresses on parts of machinery and equipment and the sustainability of their construction materials.

3.know the most modern production systems and manufacturing methods and manage their effective deployment and operation.

4.acquire information from different sources and to apply it to create technically and economically better technical solutions.

5.monitor the international development of mechanical engineering and infrastructure of engineering sciences and use the latest and most reliable information to solve the problems in the field.

6.lead and develop as a superior the target-oriented work of the work community.

7.learn about pragmatic problems in the energy and business economy and understand the potential of renewable energy applications.

8.take into account measures to prevent climate change in engineering applications.

9.manage the basic knowledge and skills for mechanical engineering studies in order to complete a master’s degree in technology.
